編輯 Editing

編輯是《博藝》最為重要的工作，沒有好的文章內容，排版與攝影都是無從入手的，所以部門主管「總編輯」是《博藝》的最高代表。編輯涉獵的工作範圍廣泛，由構思專題、到安排採訪、至撰寫文稿均由編輯負責。

 

《博藝》定位為「學生喉舌」，以學生投稿為主，有高度的編採自主，老師只擔任顧問角色。編輯經常鼓勵同學投稿《博藝》，不平則鳴，學生亦敢在《博藝》大發議論，當中不乏校政反思、會務批評、時事評論等。

 

Editing is the most important task in Aloysians. Without good content, there is no starting point for typesetting and photography. Therefore, the department head, the “Editor-in-Chief,” is the representative of Aloysians. The scope of work for editors is extensive, including conceptualizing topics, arranging interviews, and writing articles.

 

Aloysians is the voice of the students. There is a high degree of editorial independence, with teachers serving only as advisors. Editors often encourage fellow students to contribute to Aloysians and foster an environment where students can freely express their opinions. This includes critiques of school policies, school organizations, and commentary on current affairs.
